Website Design - digiio

Commercial Website Design has provided a valuable opportunity to develop

my understanding of the perceptions of utility, ease of use, and efficiency surrounding a virtual design.

While working at digiio, one of my side projects to help bring business development was the redesign & structure of our company website, digiio.com. It was a valuable experience in learning how to create a modern, smart and dynamic site while along side multiple client projects.

Project Overview

Over the last 6 month to a year at digiio, my aimed has been to have a lasting impact on the company and to bring a higher level of brand identity to our designs, work, and community. I aimed to realize this through the whole area of business development. 
 
One example of this would be the rework, design and launch of our new website. This will allow us to present a more streamlined, efficient, and advanced profile to our clients which reflects the great work we produce. I did this alongside my client deliverables while pushing forward all the design briefs. This was challenging to balance but helped me work out how to utilise time effectively while still reaching the best outcomes.

Background Research

Prior to creating the site I had meetings with the team about the objectives for the site and other platforms which they liked. This helped me understand what type of design to put in place.

 

I did initial brand research and inspiration from looking into modern, tech and stylish websites.

Design Layout

Below shows the finished design layout of the site and highlights the key elements and new additions of the brands online presence being shown to the user (adding to brand identity).

1).  Main Logo updated to reflect a clear link to the brand.
